Event Information & Spectator Seating :

All spectators will go through metal detectors. Cell phone and keys held in hand high overhead.

No bags larger than 14" x 16" including purses

Doors open at 7 a.m. to spectators. Ticket price is $30.00 for all ages. Tickets are good all day

Teams assigned to Panel "A" - should sit in Sections 102 - 109 

Teams assigned to Panel "B" - should sit in Sections 119 - 125

No saving seats - Spectators are not allowed in the cheer sections

Cheerleaders are not allowed to sit in the spectators section

No food or drink brought in from spectators - bag will be checked and tagged

No hand-held signs, No Balloons, No Artificial noise makers, No Laser Lights - No flowers (flowers are available on-site for minimal price)

No banners or hanging signs

No detachable lens cameras, Pocket size only

No flash photography

No cell phone use. This includes using your phone to video and then playback while another team is on the mat.

There will be several great vendors. Northwest Design for your apparel needs, Mid-coast photography for some great action shots, Varsity Media for video performance, Chalifour’s florist with reasonably priced flowers, Wild Bows, cheer bling, jewelry, and more!

Let’s show great sportsmanship for all teams, clean up after ourselves, and make 2018 the best regional event it can be!!

Tickets are now available for pre-sale. Pre-sale price is $25.00. Price on the day of the event at the door is $30.00

Association checks only accepted for Pre-sale Ticket Orders.

Children 2 years old and younger are Free

Tickets are good for all sessions.

SNHU Arena Re-entry Policy:

The SNHU Arena has a No Re-Entry Policy. NHYFSC will manage this with a volunteer. A table will be set up in the lobby by the will call door. You need your drivers license and need to sign up for re-entry before you leave. Your ticket will be scanned by SNHU Personnel, you will be provided a re-entry wristband. Upon return, you need to enter at this same area, scan your ticket, show your wristband, and license.

SNHU Arena Entry & Security:

In response to the need for heightened security procedures, SNHU Arena has implemented the following policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable event experience for all guests. It is their goal to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, tenants and co-workers.

All Persons entering the arena will pass through metal detectors, after having their tickets scanned. Patrons are subject to search of their persons and belongings at the discretion of the SNHU Arena‚Äč

2018 AYC Regional / National Team Book Order:

This is the time when all books and documentation will be reviewed, verified and certified. Please make sure you have all the proper paperwork as listed to ensure there is no problems with your teams. These are all required documents for participation in all Regional and National Events.
To expedite the book certification process please put all forms for coaches and athletes in roster order

IN FRONT OF BOOK Paper Clipped Together:

1. Background Check and Coaches Training Affidavits

2. Scholastic Eligibility and Confidentiality Affidavits

3. Proof of Insurance and Risk Management Agreement

4. AYF/AYC Insurance Checklist(NOT required if you have Sadler Insurance)

SLEEVE 3: Birth Certificate (certified copy) and Report Card With Absentee Form

(Absentee Form Will Be Placed in Front Of Sleeve 1 IF NOT PRESENT FOR NATIONALS)

These documents will need to travel with the team at all times from this point forward. These documents will be retained by the National Office for advancing teams upon check in.

National Tournament Registration

Teams have 72 hours to register for Nationals once they qualify.

Once you qualify at your local regional event you MUST take the following steps to register your team(s) for National Participation. 
Any Entries past the due date are not guaranteed a place in the tournament and will risk coverage in event media.

The following is the process to register on-line for National Championship events:
 
  1. Log into www.myayf.com
  2. Click on Member Profile tab.
  3. Click on Register for Nationals.
  4. Follow the instructions on the page.
  5. Ensure that all team details are set and accurate, including: Team Name, Division, Coaches, Team Contact.
  6. Have a team picture (in jpg format, a minimum size of 300 dpi) on your computer and ready to upload.  Deadline to upload the team picture is November 24th at midnight.
  7. Submit credit card or check information for the entry fee payment.
Once your payment is complete, you will receive your "AYF REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION NUMBER and TEAM BOOKING CODE’ which will allow you access to book rooms in the mandatory hotel accommodations. Any team reservations made without this code will not be eligible for participation.
 
All qualifying national championship participants (football and cheer) will need to have ALL FORMS and ID's certified by their local Conference and Regional Representatives. All requirements MUST be completed in order to be eligible for play. There will be no exceptions. All necessary forms can be found on the Forms Link.

ALL participants must attend Regional and National TEAM CHECK-INS

All Participants are required to stay at approved hotels. More information can be found on the Travel & Accommodations page.
