Spectator Seating & Event Information:

Teams assigned to Panel "A" - should sit in Sections 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 231, 232, 233, 234, 235

Teams assigned to Panel "B" - should sit in Sections 118, 119, 120, 121, 225, 226, 227, 228, 229, 230

The arena seating map will be posted soon.

No saving seats

No food or drink brought in from spectators - bag may be checked

No hand-held signs, No Balloons, No Artificial noise makers, No Laser Lights.

No detachable lens cameras, Pocket size only

No flash photography

No cell phone use during performances. This includes using your phone to video and then playback while another team is on the mat.

Doors open at 7 a.m. to spectators.

Spectators are not allowed in the cheer sections

Cheerleaders are not allowed to sit in the spectators section

All fans should participate in the crowd cheers, this doesn't help the team on the mat to get more points but it does help build sportsmanship!! Cheer teams should also be doing the call back part for other teams.

Tickets are now available for pre-sale. Pre-sale price is $20.00. Price on the day of the event at the door is $25.00

Children 3 years old and younger are Free

Dunkin' Donuts Center Re-entry Policy:

Spectators will be allowed to re-enter the arena.

Re-entry must be through the main door.

Doors will open to the public at 7:00 a.m.

Parking:

The closest parking to the arena is across the street in the parking garage. Parking is also available in the Convention Center garage and in multiple lots in close proximity to the arena.

2017 AYC Regional / National Team Book Order:

This is the time when all books and documentation will be reviewed, verified and certified. Please make sure you have all the proper paperwork as listed to ensure there is no problems with your teams. These are all required documents for participation in all Regional and National Events.
To expedite the book certification process please put all forms for coaches and athletes in roster order

2. Scholastic Eligibility and Confidentiality Affidavits

3. Proof of Insurance and Risk Management Agreement

4. AYF/AYC Insurance Checklist(NOT required if you have Sadler Insurance)
